Ohtake's independently developed technology uses an impeller husking method featuring a husking fan and inner slatted plates,
utilizing a oscillating motion to separate grain based on differences in size, specific gravity, and friction coefficient,
sorting the rice as it moves across the textured separator tray.
Achieves a high husking rate of over 98%, delivering high performance even with paddy moisture levels of 14–16%. The rice surface remains undamaged, yielding clean, premium-quality grains that store easily.
