Ohtake's independently developed technology uses an impeller husking method featuring a husking fan and inner slatted plates,
utilizing an oscillating motion to separate grain based on differences in size, specific gravity, and friction coefficient,
sorting the rice as it moves across the textured separator tray.
Achieves a high husking rate of over 98%, delivering high performance even with paddy moisture levels of 14–16%. The rice surface remains undamaged, yielding clean, premium-quality grains that store easily.
