★ Sorting Principle

Raw materials are fed steadily from the rotary roller aligner, where cameras identify accepted grains and defective items.Defective items are ejected via reed vibration, while accepted grains recirculate through the right elevator for a second sorting pass to boost overall yield.

★ Defect Rejection System

No Air Compressor Required

Equipped with 16 reeds. Electromagnets actuate internal rods to vibrate air through the reeds, expelling air jets from nozzle holes to remove defects.

★ Defect Rate vs. Number of Sorting Passes

★ Rotary Roller Aligning Feeder
